About your session

Life is a beautiful adventure. Each day holds countless moments that bring us laughter, joy and fun. I am primarily a natural light photographer focused on babies, children and families.  In the great outdoors, the studio or your home, I work with you to capture beautiful images you will always love. The Bear & Dragon Studio is located on Avenue Beau Sejour in Uccle, a magical little lane just one block from Bois de la Cambre  It is a luminous, warm, and welcoming space with a studio space and a relaxed bedroom set. I can't wait to see you there!

Before your session, we will work together to set the best time and location for your family. I will share tips for how to prepare and what to bring. I always check in to understand your goals for the session and if you have any special inspiration we should focus on.

My approach to photography means a relaxed and fun experience for you and your family. Over 10 years of experience has taught me the best way to interact to make your child comfortable and to reveal their happy selves.  The most important thing is understanding what you like and creating the right setting to capture the uniquely beautiful things about you and your children. Rather than focus on smiling portraits, I work to capture the everyday moments that make up the memories you have with your children. We play games designed to bring out spontaneous reactions and joy.

Within a week of your session date, I will send you a link to your private gallery. In it you will find a curated collection of the best images from our day, roughly twice as many as your package includes. Please take your time deciding which are your favorites. Once you have chosen the ones you love best, I will finish the editing process within 10 days. After checking that you are 100% happy with the images, you can then decide if you prefer to receive them via direct download or a USB in the mail.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
